Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VAESIR LABS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Vaesir Labs, registered in the Netherlands.

VAESIR LABS is a professional aviation safety engineering platform — an integrity layer for mission-critical systems. It provides connected workbenches for system definition, safety engineering, architecture, requirements, and compliance evidence aligned with ARP4754A and ARP4761. The Service is intended for use by qualified professionals.

Important: VAESIR LABS is a tool to assist your work. It does not replace professional engineering judgment, regulatory expertise, or formal certification processes. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your safety assessments and certification submissions.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• One person may not share login credentials with others (Enterprise team accounts excepted)

VAESIR LABS is in active development. Access to the platform is currently provided through a pilot programme, onboarded selectively after a qualification conversation.

• Pilot access is granted on a case-by-case basis — we confirm fit before access is provisioned
• Pilot terms — including scope, duration, and any applicable fees — are agreed in writing with each participant before onboarding
• We do not publish pricing. Any commercial terms are agreed directly between you and VAESIR LABS during the qualification process
• Either party may terminate the pilot arrangement at any time in accordance with the pilot terms agreed
• Any future productised subscriptions (monthly, annual, or enterprise) will be introduced with clear notice and updated terms

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service's software
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to make submissions to certification authorities that you know to be false or misleading

You retain ownership of all project data and documents you create using VAESIR LABS. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not use your project content for training AI models or share it with other users or organisations.

VAESIR LABS, its software, design, and documentation are owned by Vaesir Labs and protected by intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAESIR LABS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from certification decisions based on outputs generated by the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
